Staff procedure for reporting hazards, incidents and corrective actions.
Respond immediately
Make the area safe, provide first aid within your training and call emergency services when required. Notify the campus manager and record the incident in the approved system.
Preserve relevant evidence, interview witnesses promptly and assign corrective actions. Serious incidents must be escalated without delay in line with the current WHS and regulatory obligations.
